The seller, a New York City-based affiliate of real estate investment firm. Finalized the deal for $12.4 million, as reported in Randolph County’s deed filings. This transaction marks a new chapter for the site. Which saw Klaussner Furniture sell much of its real estate in 2020, subsequently leasing it back.

The acquisition signifies more than just a change in ownership. It symbolizes an opportunity for revitalization and economic growth in the Asheboro area. With Schwarz Properties actively marketing the site to potential new industrial users. The region stands poised to benefit from job creation and increased commercial activity.
